Family, Friends & Amazing Clients,
The concept of gratitude is especially important in the midst of a pandemic like COVID-19 when the world around us is unpredictable and sometimes even dangerous. I know for me personally losing a loved one during the pandemic was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do. As many of you know going through the emotional process of death is difficult enough.
Cultivating an attitude of gratefulness has helped me cope with my personal challenges and has provided me with a way to keep moving forward.
Gratitude requires us to operate from the heart and not the mind. This is not an easy thing to do with all that’s going on in the world. It reminds us of how special, beautiful, and blessed our lives are even when we are faced with stressful and overwhelming situations. It’s having a feeling of gratitude that can help us become better human beings than we were yesterday.
Despite the obstacles you face – always remember to be thankful to yourself, and to the people around you. If you focus on the positive things in your life rather than focusing on the negative and lack of material things, you will feel much better.
I am so thankful for your friendship and support through this difficult time in history and take nothing for granted.
With Gratitude,
Holly Volpe
